Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
- Marinated cherries - 7.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Water - 24 fl oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10 pieces
- Herbs - 0.4 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Pork Skewers - 6 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the meat, then add sliced mushrooms. Next, add the bell peppers cut into strips. Add grated carrot and halved tomatoes. Pour in water and add tomato paste, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Boil the peeled potatoes.
Step 3
Cut the cooked potatoes into wedges and combine everything. Place in a Dutch oven or pot. Sprinkle with chopped herbs on top.
