Description
A very convenient dish that combines a side and meat. It's quick and easy to prepare. You can add any other vegetables and/or replace the existing ones if desired.
Ingredients
- Ground meat - 2 lbs
- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chicken Seasoning - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Green peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Canned Baby Beets - 1 can
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz

Prepare the ingredients.

You will also need onion, garlic, and spices.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 4
Crush the spices in a mortar and mix with the seasoning.

Add the onion, garlic, spices, and salt to the minced chicken.

Mix everything well.

Cut the potatoes into medium-sized sticks.

Dice the carrots into small cubes.

Open the beans and prepare to assemble the casserole.

Place the potatoes at the bottom of the baking dish.

Next, evenly spread the minced chicken.
