- Spanish onions - 2 pieces

- Bay leaf - 1 piece

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash and clean the fresh mushrooms. Then, blanch them in boiling water, chop, and sauté in a pan with the onion.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges, sauté them as well, and place them together with the mushrooms in the pot. Fill the pot with water up to the level of the top layer.
Step 3
Add salt, bay leaf, pepper, and sour cream to the dish. Cover the pot with a lid and place it in the oven for 30–40 minutes.
