Potatoes with Sour Cream Sauce and Cheese
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the potatoes and slice them thinly into round pieces. Fry the potatoes until half-cooked.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce: add garlic and finely chopped herbs (dill and parsley) to the sour cream. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with the sauce, layer the potatoes on top, grease again with the sauce, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then add the next layer of potatoes, again sauce, and again cheese, and so on until the end. I ended up with 4 layers.
Step 3
Place the dish in the microwave or oven for 10 minutes. Remove the potatoes, sprinkle with cheese, and garnish with parsley leaves.
