- Young Potatoes - 21.2 oz
- Young Spinach - 3.5 oz
- Cilantro - 5 sprigs
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Coconut Milk - 8 fl oz
- Sesame Oil - 2 tablespoons
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Green Curry Paste - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Cut the pre-cooked potatoes into large pieces and sauté them in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil for 4–5 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the chopped garlic to the pan, and after a minute, pour in the coconut milk and cream, then add the curry paste, spinach leaves, and chopped cilantro.
Step 3
Season with salt and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat, pour in the sesame oil, stir, and serve.
