- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - to taste
- Herring - 1 piece
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Champagne Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Pickles - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the sauce. To do this, place the mustard in a bowl and whisk it. Add salt and oil. Then, while continuing to stir, add the vinegar.
Step 2
Grate the cucumber. Mix it with the mustard mixture.
Step 3
Prepare the herring and cut it into small pieces. Pour the sauce over the herring.
Step 4
Boil the potatoes in salted water with a pinch of turmeric and cumin. Drain the broth. Transfer to a bowl.
