PP Pasta with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cream 22% - 2 fl oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Step 2
Wash and slice the mushrooms. Place them in the heated pan and add the butter. Sauté on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Stir and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add pepper. Reduce heat to medium.
Step 5
Add salt.
Step 6
After 3–4 minutes, pour in the cream. Stir.
Step 7
Rinse the shirataki in cold water.
Step 8
Add the cream cheese and garlic, pressed through a garlic press. Stir.
Step 9
After a minute, add the spaghetti to the pan. Mix thoroughly. Slightly increase the heat.
Step 10
After 2 minutes, stir, remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, and serve in portions. Optionally, season with chili pepper.
