Ingredients
- Dark rum - 1 fl oz
- Violet Syrup - 0 fl oz
- Espresso - 0 fl oz
- Cream 22% - 3 fl oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 1 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, you need to prepare the cocktail base. Shake cocoa, rum, syrup, and coffee in a shaker with ice. Make sure to do this vigorously so that the cocoa mixes well with the rum and the coffee creates a nice froth.
Step 2
Pour the cocktail into a large glass filled with ice. The container should be spacious, as there will be a creamy layer on top of the cocktail.
Step 3
Prepare the topping. Blend the sweetened condensed milk and cream together in a blender, then whip with a mixer until the texture thickens. Spoon the topping over the cocktail.
Step 4
Garnish with cookie crumbs, cocoa powder, marshmallows, grated nuts, and chocolate.
