Prague Salad with Meat and Vegetables
Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Beef - 10.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the beef (previously boiled until cooked) through a meat grinder. Lightly sauté in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and pour boiling water over it. Mix with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Julienne the carrot very thinly. Mix with sugar.
Step 4
Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
Step 5
Slice the tomato into thin strips.
Step 6
On a large plate, arrange the meat in a mound, next to it a mound of onion (the mounds should be arranged in a circle, leaving space in the center), next to that a mound of carrot, then a mound of pepper, and finally a mound of tomato. In the center, place sauce to taste (white or tomato).
