- Poultry - 1 piece
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 2 cans
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - 1.8 oz
- Green Butter - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the chicken by separating the bones, skin, and entrails. Cover it with cold water and boil until partially cooked.
Step 2
Dice the carrots and sauté them for 10 minutes in vegetable oil with 2 tablespoons of broth and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Cut the cooked chicken into portions, add it to the carrots, and simmer for another 20 minutes, adding 3 tablespoons of broth.
Step 4
Add the juice from the 'Hame' peas to the chicken and carrots, and cook the chicken until tender. Then remove the chicken from the pot.
Step 5
To the sauce made from 'Hame' pea juice and carrots, add the peas and flour diluted in cold water. Bring to a boil and place the chicken on top.
Step 6
Melt the butter and drizzle it over the chicken, sprinkle with chopped herbs, and let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with green lettuce and enjoy.
