- Apricots - 4.9 oz
- Oats - 1.4 oz
- Shredded Coconut - 1.4 oz
- Sunflower Seeds - 0.9 oz
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Dried Cranberries - 0.5 oz
- Chia Seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Protein Powder - 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Blend the apricots into a puree in a blender, adding 150 ml of boiled water and the oats. Transfer the mixture to a plate. Toast the shredded coconut, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds over low heat. Add the apricots, cranberries, protein powder, and white chia seeds. Mix everything thoroughly. A thick paste should form.
Step 2
Shape a long bar from this mixture on a sheet covered with plastic wrap. Wrap it in plastic wrap. Leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Cut into slices before serving. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
