Ingredients

  • Sugar - ½ spoons
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Salt - ½ spoons
  • Mustard Greens - ½ spoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - ½ spoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl or a tall blender cup, add the egg yolk, mustard, salt, and sugar.

Using an immersion blender, blend the ingredients until smooth.

Step 3

While keeping the blender running, slowly drizzle in the sunflower oil until the mayonnaise reaches the desired consistency.

Step 4

Chill the prepared mayonnaise in the refrigerator.
