- Salt - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Saffron - a pinch
- Potato - 28.2 oz
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the small peeled potatoes and unpeeled garlic cloves in olive oil until the potatoes are a confident golden color and are almost cooked through.
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix it with the saffron.
Step 3
Remove the leaves from the thyme, and finely chop the parsley. Drizzle the potatoes and garlic with saffron oil, then sprinkle with thyme and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
