Provençal Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 8.8 oz
- Marinated cherries - 7.1 oz
- Capers - 2 spoons
- Quail Egg - 6 pieces
- Corn Salad - 3.5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 spoons
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Tear the salad leaves into large pieces. Arrange them on a plate. Cut the quail eggs and cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Place the tomatoes and eggs on top of the leaves.
Step 3
Place the pieces of tuna, sprinkle with capers and grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Mix olive oil with lemon juice and dress the salad.
