Ingredients
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Mini Carrots - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Sweet Pepper - 2.5 oz
- Frozen Corn Kernels - 3.5 oz
- Green Beans (frozen) - 3.5 oz
- Dried Oregano - a pinch
- Dried tarragon - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the carrots, bell pepper, corn, and beans from the refrigerator and thaw them.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut them into fairly thick rings, and divide the rings into 4 parts.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet, add the potato triangles, and fry until cooked and golden brown.
Step 4
Peel the onion, cut it into cubes, and add it to the potatoes. Sauté for another 4-5 minutes until the onion turns golden. Then add the frozen vegetables, oregano, and tarragon, cover with a lid, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Then remove the lid, season with salt and pepper, increase the heat to dry out and brown the vegetables. If desired, you can add a little vegetable oil to help the potatoes crisp up faster, and fry for 3-4 minutes.
