  • Sparkling water - 5 fl oz
  • Ice - 7.4 oz
  • Lemongrass - 0.4 oz
  • Oranges - 0.7 oz
  • Star anise - 2 pieces
  • Cinnamon - 0.2 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 0 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Brew the shu pu-erh chaga in 500 ml of boiling water. For the cocktail, you will need 40 ml of the beverage; the rest can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.

Step 2

Place all the ingredients except for the garnishes and sparkling water into a pitcher and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Add sparkling water and gently stir.
