- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 4.2 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 4 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Celery stalk - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the pepper, celery root, and onion.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Step 3
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, add celery, pepper, onion, and garlic. Then add 1 egg and mix well.
Step 4
Roll out the dough, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the minced meat, leaving space at the edges. Top with cheese and roll into a log.
Step 5
Brush the roll with egg yolk. Bake the roll for 45 minutes at 180–392°F.
