- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Pumpkin - 14.1 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 24.7 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Canned Corn - 7.1 oz
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 8 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Herbes de Provence - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the onion, carrot, and chicken fillet, and lightly sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes and pumpkin into larger cubes, add to the onion, carrot, and fillet. Pour in the glass of tomato juice and add the corn.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, add the herbs de Provence, mix well, cover, and simmer until the potatoes are cooked, about 20 minutes.
