  • Black Pomegranate Molasses - 4 fl oz
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 2 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Papaya flesh - 8.1 oz
  • Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" - 17.6 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds - 4 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix the pomegranate juice, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.

Step 2

Peel the pumpkin and use a vegetable peeler to shave it into thin strips (about 2.5 cups). Transfer to the bowl with the dressing and gently mix.

Step 3

Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper, and gently mix again. Sprinkle with seeds and serve.
