- Papaya flesh - 8.1 oz
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" - 17.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 4 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the pomegranate juice, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.
Step 2
Peel the pumpkin and use a vegetable peeler to shave it into thin strips (about 2.5 cups). Transfer to the bowl with the dressing and gently mix.
Step 3
Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper, and gently mix again. Sprinkle with seeds and serve.
