This recipe is suitable for those who love baked vegetables or follow a special diet that includes them. The mince can be any type, as can the vegetables.
Ingredients
- Courgette - 3 pieces
- Pumpkin - 1 piece
- Pork Mince - 2 lbs
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Mushroom seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Slice the zucchini into rings.
Step 3
Chop the onion coarsely, for example into half-rings or slightly smaller.
Step 4
Remove seeds and skin from the pumpkin.
Step 5
Cut part of the pumpkin into random pieces.
Step 6
Grate part of the pumpkin.
Step 7
Add the onion and chicken seasoning to the mince, mix, and sauté for about 10 minutes.

Place the zucchini in a baking dish and add the vegetable seasoning, sprinkle with a little salt.

Layer the chopped pumpkin on top and sprinkle with vegetable seasoning.

Evenly spread the cooked mince with onion on top of the pumpkin.

Then layer the zucchini again.

Sprinkle with vegetable seasoning and add the grated pumpkin.

Cover with foil or a lid.

Place in the oven for 30–35 minutes at 356°F.

Then remove the foil, sprinkle with salt on top, and keep in the oven for a little longer.
