Description

In this recipe, chicken mince is used, but you can use any type you prefer. It's best to take the thicker part of the Napa cabbage stalks, as it is juicier. The beans here are canned, any variety will do. You can use a large tomato to cover the hole at the top of the pumpkin since we won't be using a lid. Accordingly, the size of the hole created after cutting off the top of the pumpkin shouldn't be too large. Overall, the pumpkin should be small — it's convenient in every way. Any herbs or a mix can be used. You can add any spices you like to the mince.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin - 1 piece
  • Veal Mince - 17.6 oz
  • Napa Cabbage - 7.1 oz
  • Canned Baby Beets - 1 can
  • Grill Meat Spice Blend - 1 teaspoon
  • Herbed Cream Cheese - 1 teaspoon
  • Herbs - 1 bunch
  • Potato - 1 piece
