Description
In this recipe, chicken mince is used, but you can use any type you prefer. It's best to take the thicker part of the Napa cabbage stalks, as it is juicier. The beans here are canned, any variety will do. You can use a large tomato to cover the hole at the top of the pumpkin since we won't be using a lid. Accordingly, the size of the hole created after cutting off the top of the pumpkin shouldn't be too large. Overall, the pumpkin should be small — it's convenient in every way. Any herbs or a mix can be used. You can add any spices you like to the mince.

- Pumpkin - 1 piece

Stir and add the meat spices.
Step 8
Next, add the beans (along with the liquid from the can).
Step 9

Place it in a baking dish and fill it with the filling.
Step 13
Make a cross-shaped cut on the bottom of the tomato.

Step 15
Now place the dish in the oven for 40 minutes at 356°F.
Step 16
Remove the cooked pumpkin from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Step 17
Then transfer it to a serving dish.
Step 18
Cut the pumpkin and serve it in portions.
