Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 7.1 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Grate the raw potatoes as well.
Step 3
Place in a bowl and crack in the egg.
Step 4
Crush the garlic clove using a press.
Step 5
Wash the dill under running water and chop finely.
Step 6
Add salt to taste.
Step 7
Add ground pepper.
Step 8
Sprinkle in two tablespoons of flour.
Step 9
Mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 10
Heat a pan with oil. Spoon the mixture onto the pan and shape into pancakes. Fry on both sides for 2–3 minutes.
Step 11
Before serving, garnish with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
