Description
We will need: orange pumpkin, onion, smoked bacon, mozzarella cheese, Italian herb mix, dumpling dough made with ice-cold water and rested in the refrigerator. You can use sulguni or another good melting cheese.

- Fat - 5 oz
- Onion - 5 oz
- Dough for dumplings - 10 oz
- Bacon - 5 oz
- Herbes de Provence - 1 teaspoon
- Suluguni Cheese - 5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion in a blender. Mix with the pumpkin and thoroughly combine the filling.
Step 2
Take the elastic dough that has rested in the refrigerator for a few hours. Roll it out thinly.
Step 3
Remove the skin from the bacon and slice it thinly. Place the bacon on the circles of dough. Top with the pumpkin filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
Peel the pumpkin, grate it on a coarse grater, and squeeze out the excess moisture. Grind the spices in a mortar and add them to the pumpkin.
