Description
This recipe belongs to the vegan or vegetarian cuisine. A fairly hearty dish, it can also serve as a side for any type of meat. Instead of couscous, you can use quinoa, millet, rice, or serve it without any grains at all. The amount of salt and spices can be adjusted depending on the amount of pumpkin. Couscous is very simple and quick to prepare; if you notice that there isn't enough water in the cooking couscous and it is still raw, you can add more boiling water. Use any spices you like. Enjoy your meal!
