- Clarified Butter - 0.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - ¼ piece
- Cake crumbs - 0.5 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Wheat Flour - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared pumpkin into slices, salt it, coat it in flour, dip it in a mixture of egg and milk, coat it in crushed breadcrumbs, and fry in butter.
Step 2
Serve the pumpkin drizzled with butter.
