Ingredients

  • Butternut Squash - 1 piece
  • Crème fraîche - 7.1 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Ricotta cheese - 8.8 oz
  • Sage - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Mix the squash with olive oil in a baking dish.

Step 2

Roast for 30 minutes until soft and golden brown.

Step 3

Combine 200 g of crème fraîche with 25 g of Parmesan.

Step 4

In another bowl, mix the ricotta with chopped sage and 25 g of Parmesan. Combine with the squash and season with salt.
