  • Red Long Chili Peppers - 24.7 oz
  • Butter - 2.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Knead a firm dough from a beaten egg, flour, and salt dissolved in water, and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Roll the dough thinly into a sheet, cut out circles, and roll each circle additionally to a thickness of 2 mm and a diameter of 8-10 cm.

Step 3

Place 1 tablespoon of filling and a piece of lamb fat or butter in the center of each circle.

Step 4

Pinch the manti to seal.

Step 5

Peel the ripe pumpkin from the skin and seeds, grate it or cut it into small cubes.

Step 6

Add chopped onion, salt, pepper, cumin, cilantro, and finely chopped lamb fat. Mix everything well.

Step 7

If lamb fat is not available, place a piece of butter with the filling on each dough circle.

Step 8

Grease the layers of the steamer with oil, arrange the manti so that they do not touch each other, and steam for 30-40 minutes.

Step 9

When serving, place the manti on a plate, brush with oil or drizzle with sour cream.
