- Chestnut puree - 14.1 oz
- Pea purée - 5.3 oz
- Glutinous Rice Flour - 12.3 oz
- Honey - 0.9 oz
- Poppy seed paste - 15.9 oz
- Cotton Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, chickpea puree, flour, and honey. Knead the mixture by hand into a soft dough, adding more flour if necessary.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 35 portions, approximately 25 grams each, and roll them into balls. Slightly flatten each ball and place a bit of poppy seed paste in the center. Pinch the edges to seal the poppy seeds inside and flatten the balls slightly again to form patties.
Step 3
Heat the corn oil in a skillet and fry the patties over low heat until golden brown.
