Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 2 lbs
- Rice - 5.3 oz
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Ground Nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and apples, and grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Add sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Step 3
Rinse the rice or bulgur.
Step 4
In the pots, place a small layer of pumpkin with apples at the bottom, then add rice or bulgur, and top with the remaining pumpkin and apple.
Step 5
Place pieces of butter on top.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 356°F.
