Ingredients
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- White Grapes - 2 cups
- Sweet Potato - 2 pieces
- Spices - to taste
- Pumpkin - 17.6 oz
- Chickpea Flour - 3.5 oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Ghee - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger Root - 1 piece
- Grape Juice - ½ cup
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the vegetables. Wash, peel, and finely chop the vegetables. Cut the ginger root into thin strips. Then mix everything with chickpea flour and spices until it reaches a batter-like consistency. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. After that, heat the oil in a skillet. Drop the batter by the tablespoon, frying on both sides.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Melt the ghee in a pot with spices and grapes. Bring to a boil. Add the grape juice and simmer on low heat for 5–10 minutes until the grapes become soft. Let the chutney cool and add turmeric and honey.
