Description
Pesto sauce is perfect for many dishes, such as pasta or meat. It yields a good amount, 16 oz. (450 g), so feel free to halve the ingredient quantities. Since it contains no dairy, it also lasts longer than usual. You can add red pepper, salt, and lime juice to taste. Alternatively, add more water if you prefer a thinner sauce.

- Cilantro - 4 bunches
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 3.5 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Habanero Pepper - 1 piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Lime Juice - 2 pieces
- Water - 1 teaspoon

In a blender, chop the garlic and pumpkin seeds. Add salt.
Step 2
Add the jalapeño, red pepper, lime juice, and cilantro, and blend again until smooth.

With the blender running, add the oil and a little water.
