Ingredients
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - ½ cup
- Cayenne Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Spread the seeds on a baking sheet and place in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
Step 3
In a blender, combine the seeds, parsley, and minced garlic and blend.
Step 4
While blending, slowly pour in the olive oil until it reaches a paste-like consistency.
Step 5
Add the Parmesan, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon. Season with salt to taste.
