Pumpkin with Turkey
Ingredients
- Butternut Squash - 8.8 oz
- Chicken fillet - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 2.5 oz
- Mixed Ground Peppers - 0.2 oz
- Basil - 0.2 oz
- Dried Rosemary - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the onion into small cubes, slice the garlic thinly, add to the pan, and sauté in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add water and let it simmer on low heat.
Step 2
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into cubes, and add it to the pan with the onion and garlic. When the pumpkin is sautéed, add water and set to medium heat.
Step 3
Boil the turkey. Chop it in a blender or finely dice it.
Step 4
When the pumpkin is soft, add salt, pepper, basil, and mint. Finely chop the peppers and add them to the pan with 2 tablespoons of marinade (the marinade can be replaced with ketchup and spices).
Step 5
Add the turkey and simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.
