Quail Fillet on a Vegetable Bed
Ingredients
- Quail Egg - 12.3 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Marinated cherries - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 2 pieces
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion coarsely.
Step 2
Do the same with the bell pepper.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 4
Place the vegetables in a baking bag.
Step 5
Salt and season with black pepper.
Step 6
In a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and softened butter.

Mix thoroughly.
Step 8
Place the quail fillet on the vegetable bed and pour the marinade over it. Do not mix.
Step 9
Tie the baking bag and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 10
Then send it to a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 11
After 20 minutes, transfer to a deep dish, mix, and serve.
