Ingredients
- Quail Egg - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Tarragon - 2 stalks
- Persimmon - 1 piece
- Quail Egg - 2 pieces
- Corn Salad - 0.7 oz
- Spanish onions - 0.7 oz
- White bread - 3.5 oz
- White Balsamic Cream - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the quail in half, sauté it in olive oil for about two minutes on all sides, and let it cool.
Step 2
Hard boil the quail eggs, peel them, and cut them in half.
Step 3
Cut the white bread into cubes and toast them in a dry skillet until they become croutons.
Step 4
Slice the onion halves lengthwise into wedges. Cut the persimmon into circles.
Step 5
Drizzle a few drops of balsamic cream onto a plate, arrange the salad leaves, onion, slices of persimmon, and tarragon leaves. Place the sautéed quail on top, and scatter croutons and halved eggs around it.
