  • Quail Egg - 1.1 oz
  • Romaine lettuce - 1.1 oz
  • Radicchio Salad - 1.1 oz
  • Canned Jalapeño Peppers - 0.7 oz
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 0.7 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Flaky sea salt - a pinch
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Tear the lettuce leaves into a deep bowl.

Heat the olive oil with a pinch of coarse salt in a skillet.
