Description
This is one of the simple ways to prepare a soup with a clear broth. The key is to cook on low heat, not to stir, and to remove the foam in time. Quails cook quite quickly. It's best to use soft varieties of potatoes (for boiling). Cut the carrots into small pieces or grate them. Cook the noodles separately to avoid a mushy soup. By the way, in the absence of quails, chicken or a small hen will do, but it's better to cut them into pieces. No additional spices are added to preserve the aroma and flavor of the poultry. Enjoy your meal!
