  • Quail Egg - 4.2 oz

  • Garlic - 0.2 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
  • Marinated cherries - 1.4 oz
  • Frozen spinach discs - 4.6 oz
  • Quail Egg - 0.7 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Pistachios - 0.2 oz
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage - 1.8 oz
  • Cream - 1.4 oz
  • Walnuts - 0.2 oz
  • Basil - 0.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

The quail is cleaned, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and soy sauce, and marinated.

Step 2

Inside the quail, place one cherry tomato and one boiled quail egg, secured with a toothpick.

Step 3

The bacon is sliced, wrapped around the quail, secured with a toothpick, and baked in a convection oven for 10–12 minutes until cooked.

Step 4

The spinach is sautéed in vegetable oil, pine nuts, salt, and pepper are added. The walnuts are finely chopped, sautéed, and then cilantro, cream, salt, and pepper are added, reducing by half.

Step 5

On a plate, the spinach is placed using a ring mold, topped with the quail, drizzled with sauce, and garnished with a halved quail egg, halved cherry tomatoes, and basil.
