Quiche with Broccoli and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 6.7 oz
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- 10% cream - 3 fl oz
- Broccoli - 3.5 oz
- Ham - 7.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Safflower Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the flour with butter and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Mix the egg and add it to the bowl.
Step 3
Knead a smooth, homogeneous dough. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Break the broccoli into florets and boil in boiling water for 4–5 minutes. Drain the water and let it cool.
Step 5
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Sauté in sunflower oil for 5 minutes. When the water evaporates, add salt.
Step 6
Chop the ham, add it to the mushrooms, and cook for a few more minutes.
Step 7
Line the bottom of the baking dish with parchment paper. Roll out the dough and evenly distribute it in the dish. Prick the bottom with a fork.
Step 8
Cover with parchment and sprinkle with grains. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 356°F until golden.
Step 9
Mix the milk, cream, beaten egg, salt, and pepper.
Step 10
Add the filling.
Step 11
Pour the creamy mixture over it.

Put it in the oven for 25–30 minutes.
