Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 4 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.8 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 2.6 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Parsley - ½ bunch
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Make cuts on the side of each chicken fillet to create pockets.
Step 3
Fill the pockets with cream cheese.
Step 4
Place the stuffed chicken fillets on a greased baking sheet.
Step 5
Wash and chop the parsley.
Step 6
In a blender bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, egg, softened butter, a little salt, and pepper.
Step 7
Divide the prepared mixture into 4 parts and place on each fillet.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes.
