- Glutinous Rice Flour - 2.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Thighs - 6 pieces
- Chinese green beans - 7.1 oz
- Sunflower Seeds - to taste
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Red Curry Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Pitted olives - to taste
- Baking Powder - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 338°F.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with salt until frothy, gradually add both types of flour and the baking powder, previously sifted. Add the vegetable oil. Mix until a homogeneous mass is achieved.
Step 3
Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, season with salt, sprinkle with curry, then layer the green beans and olives, and top with grated cheese.
Step 4
Pour the dough over the filling so that it covers the entire surface.
Step 5
Sprinkle with basil, pepper, and seeds on top.
Step 6
Bake until a crust forms, about 20 minutes.
