Ingredients
- Red Grape Juice - 5 fl oz
- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
- Canned Tomatoes (Pelati) - 1 can
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Eggplants - 2 pieces
- Natural Yogurt - 17.6 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheshire Cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet and add the ground beef. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
Step 3
Add the wine, bring to a boil, and simmer for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes and water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Slice the eggplants into thin slices and grill them.
Step 6
Transfer the ground beef to a baking dish and layer the eggplants on top.
Step 7
Mix the yogurt, eggs, and 50 grams of grated cheese. Season with spices and pour over the eggplants.
Step 8
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes.
