The main feature of this pizza is that the dough is thin and crispy, resembling puff pastry, while there is plenty of filling. In other words, you are eating filling with a bit of dough, not dough with filling. This recipe is perfect for those who are not fond of yeast dough. Also, every home cook will choose the right baking mode since all ovens are different, and advice can only be approximate. And one more thing, after turning off the oven, don’t rush to take out the pizza; let it rest and steam a bit. This way, excess moisture will evaporate, and the pizza will remain juicy. The cooking time includes the dough preparation. While the dough is resting in the refrigerator, you can prepare the filling. The number of servings is just an estimate... I always make pizza on a large baking sheet, I don’t divide the margarine, but rather, based on one pack of margarine (250 grams), I add about 5 tablespoons of milk, 2 eggs, around 400–450 grams of flour, etc. My pizza turns out large, with a good layer of filling.

- Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Margarine - 5.3 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Ham - 8.8 oz
- Pitted olives - 1 can
- Ketchup - 5.3 oz
- Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, egg, milk, melted margarine, and salt to make the dough (do not knead too much, or it will be hard to roll out), then place it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 2
Next, roll out the dough and transfer it to a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. (You can shape part of the dough into a rope along the edge, or simply lay out the dough over the edges of the baking sheet).
Step 3
Layer the filling in order: tomatoes (very thinly sliced), onion (thin half-rings), ham (in cubes or strips), drizzle with the sauce made from mayonnaise and ketchup, add olives (in slices), grate cheese on top, and place in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 40 minutes. Towards the end, you can lower the heat and let the pizza steam.
