- Navy Pollock - 4 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Ground Breadcrumbs - 7.1 oz

Dry the white bread in the oven, cut into pieces.
Step 2
Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder along with the breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Dice the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil. Don't be stingy with the oil. Add this to the fish mixture.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Add the egg and mix everything well.
Step 5
Form patties about 1.5–2 cm high. Fry in vegetable oil. When you flip them, cover the pan with a lid.
