  • Quinoa - ½ cup
  • Pomegranate Seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice - to taste
  • Pistachios - to taste
  • Cumin Seeds - to taste
  • Sesame Seeds - a pinch
  • Cucumber - 1 piece
  • Green lettuce - 1 bunch
  • Carrot - ½ piece
  • Orange - ½ piece
  • Mint - 1 stem
  • Feta cheese - to taste
  • Canned chickpeas - 0.3 cups

Step by Step guide

Step 1

The salad is prepared in layers carefully to avoid mixing them. First, place the quinoa, then the pomegranate.

Step 2

Mix the olive oil and lemon juice, season to taste with salt and pepper. Layer it in a jar.

Step 3

Fill the remaining part of the jar in layers — cucumber, lettuce leaves, carrot, orange, chickpeas, mint, cilantro, feta cheese, sesame, pistachios, cumin seeds, and close the salad with a lid.

Step 4

Serve to guests in individual jars.
