Ingredients

  • Quinoa - 3.5 oz
  • Zucchini - 5.3 oz
  • Frozen Spinach - 6 oz
  • Flaxseed Meal - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 3 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour - 0.9 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Spices - to taste
  • Ghee - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the flaxseed meal in water for 10–15 minutes.

Step 2

Thaw the spinach in a skillet and sauté with a little water. At the end, add a bit of oil.

Step 3

Cook the quinoa until ready.

Step 4

Grate the zucchini.

Step 5

Mix all the ingredients, add flour and salt.

Step 6

Form patties and fry them over medium heat on both sides. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 356°F for 15–20 minutes!
