Description

If your child cannot have tomatoes, prepare these meatballs steamed. Quinoa can be replaced with rice or millet.

  • Quinoa - 0.1 oz
  • Chopped Green Onions - to taste
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Ground meat - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the ground meat.

Step 2

Add a little chopped herbs.

Step 3

Add rinsed quinoa. Form meatballs.

Step 4

Peel the tomatoes, blend them into a smooth puree, and add herbs.

Step 5

Place in a slow cooker or skillet, pour over the tomato puree.

Step 6

Cook for 15 minutes on the 'Stew' setting.
