  • Onion - 1.8 oz
  • Celery stalk - 2.5 oz
  • Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the quinoa in water at a ratio of 1:3 for about 20 minutes.

Step 2

Let it cool and add the chopped vegetables.

Step 3
