  • Parsley - 2.6 oz
  • Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
  • Cucumbers - 3.5 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Zest - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 0.1 teaspoon
  • Dark rice syrup - 1 teaspoon
  • Pink Himalayan Salt - a pinch
  • Garlic - ½ clove
  • Green lettuce - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions, then set aside to cool.

Step 2

Make the dressing by mixing olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, rice syrup, a pinch of salt, and garlic until smooth.
