Ingredients
- Quinoa - 12.3 oz
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bacon - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dry White Wine - ½ cup
- Pickled Chanterelles - 8.8 oz
- 10% cream - ½ cup
- White Pepper (whole) - a pinch
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Nutmeg - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa well, place it in boiling water, and cook for about 12 minutes, then drain and rinse again.
Step 2
Put the butter in a large skillet, add the garlic, onion, and bacon, and sauté over high heat for 8–10 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the wine, mushrooms, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and cream. Bring to a boil and add the quinoa.
Step 4
Cook until a creamy texture appears. Add chopped parsley and grated Parmesan, and mix well.
